Q. What is Derby Days?

A. Derby Days is a philanthropy festival being hosted this spring benefiting the Huntsman Cancer Institute. It consists of a competition between groups of girls to become our 2009 Derby Days Princesses

Q. Who is organizing it?

A. Just a bunch of Sigma Chis.

Q. Why should I participate?

A. Derby Days is a unique, easy, and fun way to help a philanthropic cause. You will have the chance to meet all the brothers, and make friends at MIT and other schools.

Q. How much money does Derby Days intend to raise?

A. Derby Days 2007 raised over $1000 for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. This year Derby Days looks to make a comparable contribution to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

Q. When is Derby Days?

The Derby Days Date Auction is taking place Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25.

Q. I want to get involved! How can I do it?

A. Great! We need people who are interested in getting involved and would love to have your help. Contact derbydays@mit.edu, and we'll get back to you about many opporunities to help out in organizing the festival.
